When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals No. 1 or No. 3 is in force; or When Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force The Centre operates as usual.

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals No. 8 is in force; or When Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force all courses stop as soon as possible. The Centre will stay open until the last student has left.

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals No. 8 is changed to No. 3; or When Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is changes to Red or Amber the Centre will resume operation at two hours after the change of warning or signal. All courses originally scheduled at the time after the resumption of operation will be held at the original time scheduled.
